We know getting your items quickly is important, so we make every effort to process orders promptly. Orders placed online typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous US.

Orders shipping to AK or HI do not qualify for free shipping. Options for these regions include USPS at a flat fee of $15 per pair/item ($22.50 for items under $75), or FedEx 2-day at $35 ($42.50 for items under $75) per pair/item.

Expedited delivery is available for select orders placed on business days before 2PM EST. Orders placed after this time will process the following business day. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Online Return Policy

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days – no questions asked, no shipping cost, and no restocking fees. Products must be in new condition with original packaging, tags, and labels.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for return through January 31.

Order Confirmation

Once you confirm your order, you will receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation Email – sent immediately after checkout with your order number.
  2. Shipment Notification Email – sent once your order has shipped, including a FedEx tracking number.

Cancellations

Occasionally, items may be unavailable due to stock issues or quality concerns. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund or help you find a comparable item.

All orders are subject to bank authorization before processing. Your credit card will be billed once the order has been shipped.

Packaging

The type of packaging depends on order size and method. Smaller orders may ship in shrink wrap, while larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.

Payments We Accept

Brineboots.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders, or gift cards issued by banks. All credit cards must have a US billing address.
